Meet the Employee Health Management Systems (EHMS) Team



Warren B. Stern, MS, CHES – CEO/President

Warren Stern is the founder and President of Employee Health Management Systems (EHMS). He received his MS in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Health Education Specialist in the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. Warren is most recognized for his dedication to customer service excellence. Under his leadership, EHMS has forged strong relationships with health care providers and peer professionals across the nation, earning a reputation as a leader in the health promotion industry.

Kenneth Osgood, MD, MPH – Medical Director

Dr. Osgood received his MD from the University of Cincinnati and his MPH from the University of California at Los Angeles. He has served as the Medical Director of several health plans including NevadaCare, United Health Care, FHP, Cigna, and Stuart Disease Management. He is a board certified Pediatrician with training in Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology. He has over 30 years experience in health plan management, utilization review, quality assurance, compliance, health/fitness data analysis, and disease management program development and implementation.

Alexis Gordon, BS, CHES – Director of Operations

Alexis is a senior level health education professional with 20 years of experience in public and private sector health education, program design and management. She received her degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and she is a Certified Health Education Specialist in the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. Prior to her position at EHMS, she was the Manager for the State of Arizona's Employee Wellness Program that delivered preventative health services to the state's workforce of active and retired employees. Under her leadership, an influenza immunization initiative and a biometric testing component were added to the existing health education program. While Manager, program participation increased over 800% and the program garnered many awards for excellence.

Skye Catlett, MBA, AFAA – Manager of Field Operations

Skye completed her undergraduate work in Chemistry and Kinesiology at Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania in 1999. She received an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in 2007. Skye is a certified group fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and is a certified Les Mills trainer. With an MBA and passionate interests in science, fitness, and education, she is uniquely suited for her role managing the field operations of EHMS.
